I thought this looked really cute online, and it was still nice at first when it arrived. But after wearing it a few times, I noticed some of the stitching was uneven and one small edge started to fray. I mean, I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but for the price, you’d assume the basics like clean stitching would be handled. Shipping was fine, but the quality just didn’t quite match what I was hoping for

I reached out to customer service a few times the replies were ridiculously slow. It felt like they just didn’t care unless I kept chasing them, which is unacceptable when all I needed was a basic answer. The whole thing was frustrating, and I blame their support team for making a simple issue way more annoying than it needed to be

I’ll still use it because it’s cute enough, but I’m not sure I’d order again unless it was on sale. If you’re on the fence, I’d say trust your instinct—it’s fine, just kind of average.
